Neutral colors

What is a neutral color?

Neutral usually means without color. Neutral colors such as beige, ivory, taupe, black, gray, and white appear to be without color, and yet in many applications these hues often have undertones of color.

Neutral colors build the basis of any woman's wardrobe, not just the fashionista's. A woman needs shoes in black, white or cream , brown and tan. They look boring to many but you can't ignore their versatility.

A popular color in fashion. Light and neutral, white goes well with any color. Considered a summer color, white is a good choice for tops. Always have some in your wardrobe. It readily matches bottoms of any color; a pair of blue denim jeans, Khakis pants, a gray skirt, a bright colorful beach bermudas? You name it!

A popular color in fashion, always stylish and never out of trend. A good choice for bottoms. Directly opposite of white, it readily matches tops of any colors. Nonetheless, it is also a popular choice for tops, making the wearer appearing slimmer. A great complementary color for accessories like a pink sparkling evening bag, a diamond necklace…A mysterious color, it gives you a feeling of perspective and depth.

How to combine natural colors?

Learning how to combine neutrals or how to mix and match them with other colors will make you create some original, sophisticated looks that highlight your feminine beauty and are suitable for every occasion.
